What we administer
Most small businesses live in the cloud now — but living in the cloud isn't the same as running it well. License sprawl, abandoned shared mailboxes, MFA half-rolled-out, conditional access policies that haven't been touched since 2021. We clean it up, keep it clean, and respond when something breaks.
Microsoft 365
- Tenant onboarding & migration from on-prem Exchange or other providers
- Mailbox, shared mailbox, distribution list, calendar management
- License optimization (we'll tell you when you're paying for E3 seats that need F3)
- SharePoint & OneDrive setup, permissions, retention
- Teams configuration, voice routing where applicable
- Exchange Online routing, transport rules, anti-spam baseline
Entra ID + Azure
- Identity baseline: MFA, conditional access, named locations, sign-in risk
- Hybrid AD ⇄ Entra setups (we don't push cloud-only when on-prem still makes sense)
- SSO setup for third-party apps (SAML/OIDC)
- Lightweight Azure IaaS where it fits — VMs, storage, networking, backup
Google Workspace
- Workspace tenant setup & admin
- Mail, Drive, shared drives, admin console hygiene
- 2-Step / MFA enforcement, security defaults
- Migrations to or from Microsoft 365 (in either direction)
Cloud data needs a backup, separately.
A common surprise: Microsoft 365 does not back up your data the way most people assume. Retention isn't backup. If a user (or attacker, or mis-clicked policy) wipes mail, files, or chat, you need a third-party backup to recover it. We add this layer for every cloud client by default — covered on the Backup & DR page.
Common questions
We're a Google shop. Are you M365-biased?
Neither. We've been running both for years. We'll tell you straight when one fits your situation better — and we don't push migrations for migration's sake.
Can you help with a one-time M365 cleanup?
Yes. Tenant cleanups, license rationalization, MFA rollouts, and conditional access baselines are common one-off engagements.
Do you resell licenses?
We can — but we're transparent about it. If buying direct from Microsoft or Google is cheaper for your situation, we'll say so.
